What do I need for my consultation?
Please have your current medications (or a list) ready, as well as any relevant health records or questions you’d like to discuss. A stable internet connection and a quiet place for the video call are recommended.
Is there a fee?
Standard 30-minute consultations are complimentary for our registered patients. For specialized medication therapy management, small fees may apply which are often covered by health insurance.
Can I get a prescription during the call?
Pharmacists can assist with prescription renewals and medication adjustments in coordination with your primary care physician, but new clinical diagnoses requiring a doctor’s script must still go through a GP.
